1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 265jl ("265jl", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered through the 265jl website located at https://265jl.net, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 265jl Privacy Policy and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion only.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Account Closure

You may request closure of your 265jl account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4 KYC Verification

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

265jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your 265jl account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 265jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times.

Withdrawals

6 Bonuses and Promotions

265jl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 265jl reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal). The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.

7 Betting Rules

• A bet is final and binding once it has been confirmed and accepted by the 265jl system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where expressly permitted by the relevant game rules.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error occurring during a game round or live bet, 265jl's game log records are the definitive record of all wager outcomes. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, 265jl may, at its discretion, void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 265jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

265jl shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:
